The Kathmandu District Court (KDC) has set Rs. 2,550,000 bail amount for Sulav Agrawal, who has been in police custody on the charge of black marketing of thermal guns.
A single bench of Justice Brajesh Pyakurel ordered the bailment amount today, informed Ananda Prasad Shrestha, spokesperson of KDC.
Agrawal, executive director of Shanker Group was arrested on April 7 on the charges of alleged involvement in black marketing of thermal guns.
The KDC had decided to remand him on April 8.
