It is said that there will be a bilateral and multilateral meeting between them in Balkot. The coalition has a majority in the deadline given by President Bidya Devi Bhandari for the formation of a new government
Despite efforts to reach it, the alliance was broken after Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba and Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda did not agree on who would become the Prime Minister first. Discussions have been started in Balkot to form a government as an alternative to that.
