There are many people who take Usha Khadgi as a source of inspiration and move forward. The former Miss Nepal is a businessman, program presenter and a well-known name for taking steps to make women independent. But all three Khadgi claimed that they did not get the share determined by the court after the divorce.
According to religious tradition, Usha Khadgi and Ganesh Prasad Timalsena (GP Timalsena) were married on 26 Baisakh, 2059. As the first child of this couple, a daughter was born in 062 and as the second child, a son was born in 2071.
Khadgi registered a case in Bhaktapur District Court on 18 June 2076 after the situation of discord and discord was created since 2075. Three years after the case was registered, Judge Madhav Prasad Adhikari of Bhaktapur District Court gave the final decision on 26th May 2079 and ordered the divorce in partial division.
According to the court’s order, the value of the house in Bhaktapur in the name of Ganesh Prasad Timalsena has been fixed at one crore and one fourth part of the house has been given to Khadgi.
Despite the divorce, Khadki and Timalsena are now living in the same house. Although Khadki, who is living with her children, wanted to take her part as per the court’s decision, she did not succeed. Timalsena’s wife, whom he got married on the 19th of November, is also living in the same house.
Ganesh Prasad Timalsena married Savina Adhikari for the second time on November 19. Khadki complains that two families cannot live in the same house, and the decision of the court was made only on paper. According to the sources, Timalsena and Khadgi, who were coming with the bride, met in front of the house.
According to sources, Timalsena went to the High Court after not being satisfied with the order of the District Court.
