Balen Sah has said that since the buildings built by the Tukucha river in Kathmandu will cause inconvenience to many people, even if there are buildings built during his time, bad activities should be stopped. Patan has issued a short-term order not to demolish the houses built on the Tukucha River. According to the writ filed by Bhola Bikram Thapa of Prince Tour and Travels, the court gave the said order. The order was issued by the bench of Judge Dipendra Bam of the High Court.
According to the writ given by Bhola Bikram Thapa, the High Court has ordered to stop the demolition of the house, which cannot be demolished without giving compensation for the demolition of the house, as all the procedures have been completed in accordance with the government’s law. In the notice given by the court, after running a dozer on the structures built in violation of the laws of the metropolitan city, which is constantly at speed, he has expressed his happiness that a visionary, active, courageous, humorous and honest leader like Balen Shah is needed in all the seven provinces.
According to the steps taken by the metropolis, it is said that four big buildings, Lakshmi Bank, Jai Nepal Hall along with Airbia Coffee House, the first building where Laxmi Bank will be demolished. Deputy Mayor Sunita Dhungol reached Dhungol to find the river and thanked the locals. He said that the dozer can run in the building built on 521 lots built by mixing the Tukucha river. Balen Sah, who is demolishing one structure after another, has taken forward the investigation to remove the illegal structures built in Tukucha river. The Tukucha River that flowed from Narayanihiti Darbar is shown in 2005 when the trees were cut down and the river was flowing, while in 2010 there is a picture of the house being built.

The big people who are taking advantage of the Tukucha river by building a big business building, the local people raised their voices again and again, no one could do anything until now, but after Balen Shah came, he has changed the metropolis in a short time.

After making the map of the building, the structure that was kept for parking, after the work of placing the shop, the metropolis demolished those structures and opened them for parking. As there is no parking space on the side of the road, it will be very difficult for the drivers and it will also be difficult for the pedestrians. In order to reduce the problems faced by the residents of Kathmandu, the work of clearing the space for parking has been started.
Apart from the map pass, they have used other places for personal purposes, and by setting up shops there, they have done the work of demolishing the structures built outside the agreement and map of the metropolis. In recent times, Balen Sah has started one work after another, some of the work has brought him into controversy, but it has benefited the people as well. Now he is increasing his intensity in other works including the garbage of Kathmandu. In order to make Kathmandu metropolis clean and beautiful, Balen Sah has been continuously working on cleaning the streets even at night.
