Who is in The ruling party and the opposition?

The meeting of the House of Representatives reconstituted by the Supreme Court is starting on Sunday.  This time in the parliament meeting, the previous opposition will be in favor of the ruling party while the UML opposition, which lost the government, will be in favor.  However, due to the squabbling of the parties in the first sitting of the parliament, there is confusion between the ruling party and the opposition.

With the second reinstatement, the structure of the parties in the House of Representatives will be changed when the kharif session of the parliament begins on July 15.  Congress and UCPN (M) will be in favor of the Center while UML, the largest party in the parliament, will be in opposition.  A dissident group led by Upendra Yadav of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) and Madhav Nepal of the CPN-UML, which is considered decisive in making Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba the prime minister, will remain in the opposition in the House of Representatives.

The situation in Parliament will be different in practice.  In other words, the Yadav faction of Jaspa has made it clear that it will give a vote of confidence to the government.  But while another chairman, Mahanta Thakur's group, was on the opposition bench, the Election Commission has not yet decided on the structure of the party as a whole.  The Yadav group plans to join the government.

The dissident group of the UML, which has played the most important role in restoring the parliament and bringing the Congress to power by overthrowing its own party government, is divided into two factions.  On the one hand, the homework of party unity is going on, while on the other hand, allegations are being leveled at the top level.  Therefore, how the UML is presented in the parliament is a matter of interest.  However, the decision of the establishment not to vote of confidence and the assurance of the Nepali side to help sustain the entire period is still uncertain as to the age of the government and the continuity of the parliament.  However, the ruling Congress is eager to get a vote of confidence.  There are speculations that a new power-sharing party will be born from the UML and Jaspa by bringing an ordinance that will make it easier to split the party to end this confusion.
