Need To Rule By Chief Justice - Cholendra Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana -

We need the rule of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana.

 Due to the leaders, the parliamentary system failed in the country.  Governance of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana is necessary.  Due to the repeated dissolution of the parliament in the country, the leaders failed to give an exit to all the countries, therefore the parliamentary system in the country has failed.

The parliamentary system in the country has failed because of the leaders.  Leaders only blame others for not letting the country out.  Now the army, the king and the judges including Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana can be blamed.  If it is a favorable decision, then it is right. If it is not favorable, then it is wrong.  It is a great mistake and stupidity of the workers and the people to jump into the trap of leaders without understanding things.  Until today, leaders have been deceiving and misleading everyone.  Therefore, our country now needs the rule of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana.

 From Bikram Samvat 2052 BS, Maoist leaders like Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Baburam Bhattarai started the people's war and ate up the money of their fighters to gain power and earn money.  Killed more than 17,000 civilians.  Prachanda himself had claimed responsibility for the killing of 5,000 people.

 Leaders of political parties including Congress, UML and UCPN (M) did not see King Gyanendra Shah ascending the throne in Bikram Samvat 2062 BS.  The leaders did not allow King Gyanendra Shah to rule and the leaders themselves have not been able to lead the country out till today.  It was the responsibility of all the leaders to evacuate the country, but the leaders only became greedy for power and exploited the state coffers.  In the name of consensus, cooperation and agreement, the leaders have only worked to create unique illusions by raising issues on the issues of federalism, secularism, ethnicity, squatters and citizenship.

 From time to time in our country, democracy was exempted from King Mahendra and Birendra and the leaders could not make good use of democracy and took power from King Mahendra and Birendra.  The events of the past show that not only the current situation but also the leaders of the past including Bisheshwar Prasad Koirala and the political leaders including Girija Prasad Koirala have repeatedly failed to get out of the country.  Therefore, the country now needs the rule of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana.
