Case against Ramdev after claiming Corona's medicine without approval

New Delhi: A case has been registered against Indian yoga guru Ramdev for making ayurvedic medicine public in India without the approval of the government.


A case has been registered against Ramdev in Rajasthan Police this Saturday, a senior official said. Along with Ramdev, cases have also been filed against Acharya Balkrishna, BS Tomar, Tomar's son Anurag Tomar and senior scientist Anurag Varsane.

Haridwar-based Patanjali Ayurveda had on Tuesday unveiled an ayurvedic medicine called 'Coronil' as a medicine against Covid 19. Ramdev and others claimed that the patient of Kovid 19 would be cured saying that it was made public as another product of Patanjali. Cases of various natures including fraud have been filed against Yoga Guru Ramdev at various other police offices.
